Device Manager — what is it?

Device Manager is a program that allows you to use the Vchasno.Kasa software cash register with the accounting system and manage your point-of-sale equipment. The application can be installed on devices with Windows, Linux and Android systems.

Device Manager is used for:

Guaranteed autonomous operation of the cash register, even in the absence of the Internet or failures in the work of the tax office or problems with signing checks with an electronic signature;

Who is Device Manager for?

Device Manager is suitable for both retail outlets and large enterprises. The program can be installed on each device at the point of sale, providing complete autonomy for issuing checks. Or it can be deployed on a server, combining all cash registers into a single system for easy management and configuration.

First of all, Device Manager was created for individual entrepreneurs and chains with offline outlets. However, an entrepreneur can also use it to run, for example, an online store if full autonomy and stability are important.

If the Internet connection is weak or temporarily unavailable, or there is no connection with the tax office, Vchasno.Kasa continues to work without fail thanks to the offline mode.

Entrepreneurs can create and print fiscal receipts:

  • without contacting the tax office or problems with signing checks with an electronic signature;
  • without access to the Internet;
  • without connecting to the Vchasno.Kasa server;
  • no connection to all services at the same time.

During one offline session, you can generate up to 2000 checks using the offline numbers provided by the tax office. If necessary, this list can be increased to 5000.

Once the connection is restored, all data will be automatically sent to the State Tax Service. This ensures the stability of the business and prevents financial and technical difficulties during sales.

With Device Manager, you can connect POS terminals of almost all Ukrainian banks. All you need to do is to find out from the bank which protocol the terminal uses, or when ordering a terminal, ask to install the exchange protocol from the list of available ones in advance.

All terminals can be managed through Device Manager, regardless of model or bank, which greatly simplifies operation and support.

In addition to payment terminals, with the help of Device Manager, you can easily connect a thermal printer and a cash box to Vchasno.Kasa, which will automatically open when making cash payments.

  • The expiration date of the key will be displayed next to each RRO;
  • Additional filter for keys that expire in less than 7 days;

📌 Updating the electronic digital signature key for the selected software cash register in any application connected to the panel. After replacement, it will be possible to check the status of the updated key directly at the checkout.

📌 Ability to manage cash registers in Device Manager: add new ones or delete unnecessary ones.

📌 Manage the application update process:

  • Update all applications with one click;
  • Ability to selectively update individual applications from the list;
  • Display the current version of Device Manager next to each app;
  • Filtering by version: updated (with the latest available version) and not updated (all versions except the current one).
