Vchasno Kasa Tariff Updates: What Is Changing and How to Lock In the Current Price

Starting November 1, 2026, Vchasno Kasa is updating its tariffs:

• the «Optimal» tariff will cost UAH 348/month;
• the «Maximum» tariff will cost UAH 498/month per cash register.

You can lock in the current price for up to 12 months. To do this, top up your balance in advance by November 1 inclusive.

How Vchasno Kasa is developing

The tariff update helps us continue developing the service and maintaining its stable operation. Here is what became available to Vchasno Kasa users during 2026:

• Around 100 integrations with various terminals, services, and products. Vchasno Kasa works with Rozetka, Prom, Epicentr, Shopify, Odoo, Nova Poshta, and Ukrposhta. And we will help integrate it into your business processes.
• Customer feedback collection using receipts, both online and offline.
• 11 different reports for analyzing sales and monitoring the operation of retail outlets. Integration with the Vchasno Zvit platform for automatic FOP income accounting.
• A grace period — the PRRO does not stop working if the tariff expires unexpectedly and it is not immediately possible to make a payment.
• Uninterrupted operation throughout the year, with no failures or interruptions in fiscalization.
• «Marketplace of Terminals» — a section featuring POS acquiring offers from our partner banks.
  Payments via payment links.
• Expanded bank coverage with Tap2Phone technology.
• Convenient operation in the app.

How to lock in the current price

Top up your balance by November 1 inclusive — the funds will be used to pay for the tariff at the current price throughout the paid period.

What you need to know:

• Payment period: from 1 to 12 months for each cash register.
• Deadline: payment by November 1 inclusive.
• Price you can lock in: UAH 249/month for the “Optimal” tariff (instead of UAH 348) and UAH 349/month for the “Maximum” tariff (instead of UAH 498).

💸 How much you can save

You can calculate the savings using the following formula: number of months × number of cash registers × current tariff price. For example:

Savings are the difference between the payment at the current monthly price and at the new monthly price for the same period.

⚠️ How to lock in the price: step-by-step

You can freeze the old tariff for a period of 1 to 12 months.

Complete the following steps by October 31 inclusive:

1. Top up your balance for the selected tariff at the old prices.
   Amount = number of cash registers × number of months × tariff price.
   For example, 2 cash registers × 12 months × UAH 249 = UAH 5,976.
2. On the «Tariffs» page (in the «Balance» section), click «Lock in price».

Vchasno Kasa will automatically lock in the balance as of October 31, 2026, and will deduct funds from it at the old prices until the balance is exhausted.

Frequently asked questions

When will the new prices take effect?

Starting November 1, 2026. The current tariffs apply until then.

How many months can I pay for at the old price?

From 1 to 12 months for each cash register.

What is the deadline for locking in the old price?

By October 31 inclusive. Payments received later will be charged at the new prices.

Can I lock in the price for several cash registers?

Yes. Calculate the amount using the following formula: months × cash registers × price. You choose the period and number of cash registers yourself.

I am planning to increase the number of cash registers soon. What should I do?

Calculate the required payment amount in advance.

For example, you currently have 1 cash register and want to scale your business by increasing the number of cash registers to 3 while keeping the old price for 10 months.

If you had 1 cash register and topped up your balance by October 31, 2026 inclusive with an amount sufficient to pay for one cash register for 10 months, but then added 2 more cash registers, the balance would be used up faster. Invoices at the higher tariff would start being generated earlier than after 6 months.

Therefore, to lock in the old price for 3 cash registers for 10 months, for example, you need to deposit: 3 cash registers × 10 months × UAH 249 = UAH 7,470 under the “Optimal” tariff.

I already have funds in my balance. At what price will they be deducted?

If you lock in the price in your account by October 31, the entire balance available as of that date will be deducted at the old price.

Can I stay on the old price for longer than 12 months?

No. The maximum lock-in period is 12 months per cash register. After that, the funds remaining in your balance will stay there but will be deducted at the new tariffs.
