The module “Integration with the Vchasno service” Perfectum CRM+ERP provides the ability to upload bills, contracts, acts and invoices to Vchasno document management service for signing, automatic change the status of signing in the system, and uploading the PDF signing to CRM.

• in bills/contracts/invoices and documents additional buttons appear for uploading the PDF file of the document in Vchasno;
• when you click on the button, the documents are unloaded with a link to the client’s EDRPOU (to which it was linked) and appear in your account;
• after the document was signed by two parties, it will automatically be uploaded to CRM and will change its status to “Signed” (except for the invoice – it does not require the signature of the other party and will not be uploaded).
