What challenges did you encounter during the implementation of ODE?
We initiated the implementation of ODE by digitally signing the necessary HR documents. Providing electronic digital signatures to all employees in a short time presented a considerable challenge for our team.
Additionally, integrating new business processes for managing documents presented a significant challenge to many employees. However, the Vchasno.KEP keys proved to be an effective solution to these issues.
How easily can electronic signatures be provided to employees?

Despite the initial challenges, the team swiftly adapted to the new process of electronic document workflow, which eliminated the need for printing and carrying paper documents to the post office.
The entire HR document workflow at Lyft Ukraine is now conducted electronically.
What results have been achieved?
Efficiency. We have successfully transferred 95% of documents to ODE, signing more than 3,500 documents annually.
Furthermore, we have reduced our expenditure on consumables (paper, mailing, etc.) and employee time by approximately UAH 1 million.
Time saving. Our employees are no longer required to create, print, and send documents. The Vchasno service employs custom workflows and automatically generates templates. As a result, the process of working with documents has been made ten times more efficient. Consequently, teams can redirect their attention from routine tasks to more creative pursuits.
No need to be tied to an office. ODE enables our employees and partners to work from various locations in Ukraine and around the globe, since they only need internet access to be able to work.
Minimum of mistakes. Business processes involving documents are automated, with minimal human involvement.
Although the plan for the digitalization and implementation of ODE in Ukraine has been completed, our team is not going to stop.
