Since 2020, the company has been operating in a hybrid format. In the context of the pandemic, this was a necessity. Most importantly, this format was convenient and safe for our employees.

We support our employees during blackouts. The company has an invincible office that works as a point of invincibility and has everything the team needs (and their families, if necessary). We also help our employees organize energy independence at home.

It is crucial to prioritise the mental wellbeing of the team during wartime. Previously, it was sufficient to take a vacation, engage in sports, and switch to other tasks to recover. However, this approach is no longer adequate.
